One of the pillars of the work of the Cran Chile Ingredients team is the promotion of the cranberry products and its benefits in South America.
Our Brazilian sales and market development manager, Natascha Klein, was invited by the Cranberry Marketing Committee of the United States in Brazil to participate in 3 conferences during December 2023. Events took place in the south of Brazil, in the cities of Balneário Camboriú (Santa Catarina) and Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul), and the attendees were mainly health and food industry professionals.
In her lectures, Natascha talked about the cultivation and harvesting of cranberry, its benefits and applications as an ingredient. After the technical part, the participants learned some recipes with this wonderful fruit, and how versatile, innovative and easy it is to apply in everyday preparations.
This action is part of a global market development strategy in Brazil. We have participated in APAS Show in 2022 and 2023, and we are confirmed for May 2024, in São Paulo, Brazil.
